Lahore Pakistan has become a Hindu pilot for the first time in the Airforce. The name is Rahul Dev and he is from Tharparkar of Sindh area. Rahul would be the second Hindu in the Pakistan Air Force before Air Commodore Balwant Kumar Das was admitted to the Pakistan Air Force, but he was part of the Air Defense responsible for the ground duty work.

Rahul is admitted as a GD pilot. General Duty (GD) pilots can fly any aircraft, whether fighter or transport. GD pilot is important in Pakistan Air Force and it flies more powerful aircraft.

On 16 April, 143 GD pilots, 89 engineerings, 99 air defense, and the rest of the course graduation ceremonies were at Pakistan Air Force Academy Risalpur. Where Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan was the Chief Guest.
